It's a Mystery
Once upon a time there was some missing candy and a little girl with very sticky fingers. The little girl claimed to know nothing of the missing candy. Apparently the melted candy on her hands was inconsequential. Inevitably the candy mystery was put on hold.
But wait, what's this under the bed...
There it is. Hidden away for a midnight treat:)
Mystery solved.

little fish
Madeline started swimming lessons today. She and her friend Ryan were the only two kids in the class - And that's the way we like it:)
Madeline loved learning to kick, kick, kick, float on her back and blow bubbles.
Spencer and Mommy were cheering her on from the sidelines. Spencer even tried on her goggles to get everyone in the swimming spirit.

RS Mad Hatter Birthday Tea Party
I just spent the last few weeks putting together, planning and decorating for an event I have never been to in my life. I am the enrichment counselor in Relief Society which puts me in charge of the RS birthday party. This is one of, if not the biggest event our little ward does so I was a little worried I had to plan an event I had never seen done...
In the end it all worked out. Everyone had a great time and I made it out alive and with my sanity intact, ( which was definitely a concern to my sweet husband) :)
Madeline helping me all the way. From setting up for 12 hrs in the church ( over 2 days) to put together our " Drink Me" bottles, baking scones, cookies, and tea sandwiches. She even loaned me decorations from her room for the party. She takes home the MVPH (Most Valuable Party helper) award.

Sleeping through Lunch
Poor Spencer was so tired he gave up on eating and passed out. I couldn't believe he actually gave in a went to sleep - he usually fights it until the bitter end.

A little snow
We haven't had very much snow this year, I think we might have had 3 days of snow total. Which is kind of a bummer when you have kids who want to play and a husband who wants to shovel:)
We finally got some snow the other day, about 1-2 feet. Luckily Madeline did a lot of playing because after our 60 degree day yesterday its all gone.
