I made this pizza the other night for dinner and it was so good and so easy. I dough is just home made bread dough, topped with pesto, basil, thick sliced mozzarella, ricotta, and slices of fresh tomatoes. Delicious in every way.
By the way if you don't like basil or have a non basil eater in your house (like I do) you can skip the basil or just remove it after its baked - then you still get the flavor.
