Memorial day

Memorial day started out HOT and fanning each other with a mini fan just wasn't working.

Although Spencer did enjoy it. 

Sooo

We ran next door to play on the 10 ft slide.

Madeline had a great time playing with the the neighbor girls and shooting the water gun at anyone who walked by.

Quick goggle break

When all the swimming was done, it was time to dry off,  say thank you and good bye.

We had a great time spending the day with all our friends. But after a long day outside we were ready to come inside and relax.

Sunday

Madeline loved her Sunday outfit so much she asked me to take her picture and put it on the blog.
So here she is, Miss. Madeline.

Four months of pure perfection.

Spencer has been such a wonderful addition to our little family. He is so calm and patient . He happily puts up with a frantic mommy and a very hands on big sister.  His big smiles and adorable giggle make every one smile  and laugh in return. Thank you  little Spenc - we love you.

Kiddies

These two are growing up so fast I just can't get over how fast the time has gone by. 
SLOW DOWN please. I dont want to waste one second of you being little and sweet.

 

Chalk anyone?

Brad and Mad had so much fun drawing pictures and tracing each others shadows. Madeline has asked me everyday since if she can draw doggies with daddy again. 

Almost three - where has the time gone?

Madeline loves to take pictures. Brad and I both have cell phones full of pictures Madeline took. Mostly they are of the ceiling, TV, or a finger over the lens. But she is getting lots better. Now she clicks the button and flips the camera around really fast to take a picture of herself. This results in lots of blurry ( some times cross eyed ) up CLOSE pictures.  Pretty funny if you ask me. Here are a few she took while I was trying to get her ready for bed.  Spencer and I just gave up and let her go.

Lets just relax this weekend

Rachel came to visit on Friday. As usual the weekend was full of story telling, food and lots of laughter. We loved having her and miss her already.
