Happy Birthday Mom

Its been so long since we have been together for my mom's birthday. So we were extra excited to celebrate together this year.

We went to Utah for Spencers blessing and spent a week with friends and family but the time went by much to fast. After a long flight and an even longer night I was questioning this "vacation" but when I woke up the next morning and heard Madeline laughing and playing with Bubbie (my mom) it was all worth it. Madeline and my mom have such a special relationship. They are best friends and every time they see one another they pick up right where they left off. It means the world to me.

Madeline and Spencer love their Auntie Erynlea! She even stayed a few extra days to play with them. I think Spencer is still missing her. When ever he was sad Erynlea would just have to hold him to make it all better. Thank you Erynlea!! We love you.

The Big Day

We had a beautiful blessing for our little Spencer. It was wonderful to be surrounded by so many of the people we love. Thank you for all your love and support.

My mom and I took the kids to the store for a few last minute things. However Madeline fell asleep in the 5 minutes it took to get there, so I went in with Spencer. While in the store I heard a very familiar voice calling me. " Mama. Mama. There's my Mommy". I turn around to see my mom and Madeline with her own mini cart. She had already stared filling it up with one of the drinks we always get. She told my mom I like the pink one and proceeded to fill her cart with them. Then we stumbled into the toy section and Madeline took over. She was hilarious.

Little friends and family

It was nice to have so many of our favorite kids together. We loved seeing old friends and watching our kids play together.

I feel bad we didn't get a picture of all the grand kids. But we did get a picture of the 3 new arrivals. Jared, Hudson and Spencer.

Fun for all - until it's time to go home

We went to the Children's Museum in SLC with Rebecca, Steve and their kiddies. We had a great time playing house, fireman, pilot and we even rode a horse for a second or two.
